Snom Certified Engineer (SCE) Training Course

1. Completing this form does not ensure attendance. Course places are limited to a specific size (see above). Applicants must have an appropriate level of technical competence, and work for a registered Alloy Reseller who purchases Snom products. Subject to these conditions being met, course places will be offered to qualifying applicants on a 'first in best dressed' basis. Attendance on the SCE will be confirmed by email.
   
   
2. Course fees must be paid in advance of attending the SCE.
   
   
3. Payments for a place on the course are accepted only by Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard, Bankcard and Amex are accepted). Alloy will email approved applicants a Credit Card Payment form. Please complete and email or fax back to Alloy. Alloy will process your credit card payment upon allocation of a place on the course - normally within 2 business days from registration.
   
   
4. Course Fees. There are two SCE course payment options:
   
   
Option A: SCE two day vendor certificated course: Place Only
$900 ex GST per person.
Fee Includes:
• Place on the SCE course
• Lunch and Refreshments throughout the day course>


Option B: SCE Place and Snom VoIP Phone System NFR Bundle
$1200 ex GST per person for SCE place plus a discounted Snom VoIP Phone System Bundle.
Fee Includes:

• SCE course place
• 1x snomOne software IP-PBX
• 1x SNOM-821B or SNOM-821G NFR 12 Line Colour Screen IP Phone (attendees choice)
• 1x SNOM-320 NFR 12 Line LCD Display IP Phone
• 1x Alloy POEFE8T 8-port PoE NFR Switch


5. Resellers are only allowed to purchase one "Option B" Bundle within a 2 year period, irrespective of whether a SCE attendee is the same person as previously attended a previous SCE or not, or how many staff attend a SCE course from one Reseller.
   
   
6. The "Option B" bundle will be provided on the day(s) of the course, and the purchaser takes it away with them. The hardware bundle will not be shipped to the purchaser in advance of the course.
   
   
7. Registered Participants cannot update from the $900 'place only' option to the $1200 "Option B" Bundle once Alloy has shipped equipment to the training venue. We ship equipment as late as possible, but it could be shipped up to a week before the date of the course.
   
   
8. Alloy reserves the right to offer the "Option B" bundle, to vary any component of the "Option B" bundle or change the price charged at any time. If individual components of the "Option B" bundle are changed, Alloy will endeavour to substitute a comparable product.
   
   
9. Cancellation and non-attendance. Fees will be refunded if Alloy is given a minimum 3 full business days notice prior to the SCE course. Where attendees cancel within 3 days of the SCE course, Alloy reserves the right to retain course fees. If attendee cancels within 3 days of the event and has selected "Option B", Alloy will only retain the $900 course attendance fee.
   
   
10. Alloy retains the right to change dates and venues of individual SCE courses, or to postpone or cancel a SCE course. Any such changes will be promptly communicated to people who have registered for the SCE course.
