Our Free Freight Service for Alloy Customers
At Alloy we look to simplify the process of purchasing products as much as possible, to help our customers reduce costs and the time devoted to individual purchasing transactions. Deciding on how to take delivery of purchased product is one area where we can help. We have years of experience working with Freight Forwarders, both here in Australia and overseas. We take great care in using freight companies we find to be efficient, fast, reliable, and cost effective.
Most of our competitors charge freight costs on to their customers on all orders. We have provided a FREE FREIGHT service for our Australian and New Zealand customers for many years now. A large proportion of orders we receive from customers qualify for free freght, although conditions do apply (see below). We are proud to have been able to 'peg' the qualifying conditions of our Free Freight service for three straight years (we are due to vary the T&C's in September 2010).

Alloy's Free Freight Service for Australian Customers
- Applies to all areas of Australia
- Available on orders with a total order amount of $2000 ex GST or over
- Not available for orders that include any UPS or Network Rack/cabinet products
- Not available for orders that include any Motorola product
- Not available for orders that include any Vidyo product
- Alloy reserves the right to select the Freight Forwarding company and method of shipment for individual orders.
- Alloy reserves exclusive rights to vary these Terms and Conditions or rescind the Free Freight program without notice
Alloy's Free Freight Service for New Zealand Customers
- Applies to all areas of New Zealand
- Available on all orders with a total order amount of A$10,000 ex GST or over
- Local charges and duties may be levied in New Zealand, and if so are the sole responsibility of the customer receiving the shipment
- Not available for orders that include any UPS or Network Rack product
- Not available for orders that include any Motorola product
- Not available for orders that include any Vidyo product
- Alloy reserves the right to select the Freight Forwarding company and method of shipment for individual orders.
- Alloy reserves exclusive rights to vary these Terms and Conditions or rescind the Free Freight program without notice
